VOORUITBETALING  ING Bank

Bank transfer to the ING BANK Netherlands :

After having placed your order, and you choose for this payment option ,you'll receive our ING banking coordinates in the Netherlands, including IBAN and BIC codes which are needed for international transactions.
Dont forget to add the ordernumber in your description of the payment.
After the payment is received  ,the package will be send the same day.

Each stage in the order process will be confirmed by e-mail, so please make sure your e-mail address is correct .

Vooruitbetaling per bank is uiteraard gratis.


ONDER REMBOURS

Wat kost het?
De verzendkosten voor het versturen van een rembourspakket binnen Nederland hangen af van het formaat en het gewicht van de zending.
Daarnaast betaalt u één procent over het orderbedrag aan rembourskosten. !
Betaling aan de deur tot maximaal 500 euro per Rembourszending.
Bent U de eerste keer niet thuis? Dan proberen we het later nog eens.U moet altijd tekenen voor ontvangst.
Uw pakket wordt NIET bij buren afgeleverd.
Bent U bij de tweede poging ook niet thuis? Dan kan U het pakket de dag erna ophalen bij het Postkantoor.




WESTERN UNION

You can pay by western union wire transfer.

After having placed your order, and you choose for this payment option, we will send you an email with the ordernumber and the total amount of your purchase including shipping costs.

Also we inform you to which name and place  the money must be send.

The amount of the Invoice will be in Euro's.This is the only currency we accept with Western Union transactions

Once you have made the transfer email us the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and the name you used to make the transfer and the amount you sent.

We will collect the payment the same day and send out your order directly.

Each stage in the payment process will be confirmed by e-mail, so please make sure your e-mail address is correct .


How To Send Money in Person?

STEP 1: Visit an Agent location


STEP 2: Complete Form Complete the To Send Money form, including:

  •    Your and your receiver's first and last name (as shown on identification )
  •    The city and country to which the money is being sent.
  •    The amount you wish to send.
  •    Any additional services requested (subject to availability).

STEP 3: Identify yourself .Give the form and  valid identification documents to the clerk.

STEP 4: Give the clerk the money you want to send plus the transaction fee.

STEP 5: Collect your Receipt from the Clerk

  •    Be sure to save the receipt with your MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and share the MTCN with the receiver.
  •    The receiver must use this number to collect the funds.

STEP 6: Track the Status

De transactiekosten zijn afhankelijk van de grootte van het te verzenden bedrag.
De medewerkers van het "GWK Travelex " vestiging of servicepunt kunnen u hierover verder informeren.
Een binnenlandse money transfer is ook mogelijk.
